We are preparing the 2009-10 edition of our London Student Housing Guide. Help us to make it better
If you have already found housing in London, what do you know now that you wish you'd known when you started your search? Give us your top tips and if we include them in the Guide we'll give you a tenner.
Examples:
- Set rules about guests, especially for parents or partners staying
- Consider having a kitty for general expenses (washing up liquid, toilet paper etc). This shoild prevent as lot of arguments.
- When choosing a flat make sure that not only you can get home during the day but that there is a night bus nearby or you will be paying large taxi bills every time you have a night out
